    Registration options:

    - Click here to register if you are an ASECAP member or a non-ASECAP member (during the registration process, you can also register an accompanying person)

    IMPORTANT NOTE: if, by mistake, you register as an ASECAP member, whereas your company is not an ASECAP member, you will receive a new invoice with the correct amount to pay.

    - Click here to register if you are a speaker/moderator (as soon as you are confirmed as speaker/moderator, you will receive a confirmation email with a code you will use for your registration. During the registration process, you can also register an accompanying person)


    Payment:

    The payment is to be settled upon registration. If payment is not made, your registration will NOT be confirmed. Payment must be made in Euro (€).

    By credit card: during the registration process

    By bank transfer: once you have completed the registration process, you will receive by email a confirmation that they have well received your registration, and you will receive as attachment to this email the invoice to be paid. Please note that your registration will be confirmed only once you have settled your invoice.


    Cancellation fees:

    Cancellations and changes will be subject to the following conditions.
      - Cancellations received by 3 May 2020 at the latest: Full refund minus a 150 € administration fee
      - Cancellations received from 4 May 2020 : No refund
