What are the exhibition opportunities?

An exhibition will be held during the 50th ASECAP Days at the Lune Foyer of the Hotel Fairmont Quasar Istanbul, and it will be located next to the plenary room. All coffee breaks, lunches and the Welcome reception will take place in the exhibition area.


A Tour of the Exhibition area

A visit of the exhibition area by personalities from ASECAP presidential bodies will be organized during the 2023 ASECAP Days. It shall take place on Monday 18 September 2023 from 19.30 to 20.30, just before the Welcome Reception. This tour shall be a not-to-be-missed-out opportunity for exhibitors to meet with potential and prospective customers. Face-to-face interaction is of paramount importance to your business activity and exhibiting at the ASECAP Days can be an integral and effective part of your sales and marketing strategy.


If you would like to participate in the conference as an exhibitor, the rental fee for a stand is:

5,800 € + 20 % VAT.
