Christophe Boutin graduated as an engineer from Ecole Polytechnique and l’Ecole Nationale des Ponts-et-chaussées. He started his career as a consultant with the Boston Consulting Group (BCG). He joined the highway sector in 2004, first at Société des Autoroutes Paris Normandie (SAPN), as director of construction and sustainable development and then in charge of the concession contracts at Sanef.

In 2011, he joined ASFA, the professional highway association in France, as deputy to the managing director before being appointed managing director in 2017.

He served as President of ASECAP, the European Association of Operators of Toll Road Infrastructures, in 2020. He serves as International Vice-President of IBTTA since 2023, Chair of the EETS Facilitation Platform, a contact point to facilitate the development of electronic tolling in Europe, set-up under supervision of the European Commission.

René Moser is Managing Director of ASFINAG Commercial Services GmbH and Senior EU and International Affairs Manager at ASFINAG.
René is a member of the General Assembly and Executive Committee of ASECAP, a member of the IBTTA Board of Directors, serving as the International Vice President as part of the Executive Committee and a member of the Executive Board of CEDR (Conference of European Directors of Roads).
René joined the Austrian highway operator ASFINAG in 2004, headed the corporate strategy, international affairs, and innovation department for several years, and took over the management of ASFINAG Commercial Services GmbH on 1 October 2015. From 2009 to 2011 he was delegated to ASECAP and thereafter established and managed ASFINAG’s Liaison Office in Brussels. Early in his career, René specialised in telecommunications and transport and he was responsible for developing and managing EU funded projects in the field of intelligent transport systems. René studied Urban Technologies at University of Applied Sciences “Technikum JOANNEUM“, Kapfenberg (Austria) and completed his Master of Business Administration at Vienna University of Economics and Business and Carlson School of Management (University of Minnesota) in 2015.

Paulo Barreto is Egis Road Operation Portugal’s General Manager. Has a master’s degree in civil engineering and master’s degree in business management and administration. His career has been mainly focused on road sector. Asset management is one of its main interests, being a member of ISO Technical Committee 251 – Asset Management.

Bruno de la Fuente is Bachelor of Business Science by the UCM and MBA by IE Business School.
In 1999 he joined ASETA (Spanish Association of Concessionaires Companies Highways, Tunnels, Bridges and Toll Road) and in 2011 he was appointed General Manager. In 2014 he joined SEOPAN (Association of Infrastructure Contractors and Concessionaires) where he was had different positions.
Currently he is Director of Concession, Economy and Studies of this association.

Jacqueline Erhart is team leader for Cooperative, Connected and Automated Driving and Digital Infrastructure at ASFINAG Maut Service GmbH. She studied engineering physics at the Vienna University of Technology. She started her career in the automotive industry at Robert Bosch and today works for the road operator ASFINAG and as Chair of the working group for ITS and Automated Driving for the European Toll Operators Association (ASECAP). She is active in the field of physical and digital infrastructure, cooperative traffic systems and mixed traffic control for Automated Driving.

Bill M. Halkias, PE, F.ASCE, F.ITE, is currently a member of IBTTA’s Executive Committee, serving as First Vice President, having previously served as a member of the BoD for eight years (2007 – 2010 and 2018 – 2021).

He has 40 years of experience in the international transport field, with the first 15 years in the USA. He holds a 5 year Diploma (1981) in Rural and Surveying Engineering from the National Technical University of Athens, Greece and a Master’s Degree in Civil Engineering (1984) from the New Jersey Institute of Technology (NJIT) in the USA.

Managing Director and CEO of "Attikes Diadromes SA", from the establishment in November 1999 of the Operation and Maintenance Company of the Attiki Odos Motorway (Attica Tollway) of Athens Greece, until January 2022, while from May 1996 until November 1999 he has served as the Concessionaire’s Technical Director.

Throughout his long professional carrier, he served on leading positions in various prestigious Associations, namely:

• President of IRF (International Road Federation) based in Geneva, Switzerland.
• President of ASECAP (Association Européen des Concessionnaires d’Autoroutes à Péage) based in Brussels, Belgium.
• President of HELLASTRON (Hellenic Association of Toll Roads Network), based in Athens, Greece, representing all eight (8) Toll Infrastructures of the country, appointed currently a Member at the BoD of HCIC (Hellenic Construction Industry Council).
• President of H.ITE (Hellenic Institute of Transportation Engineers), based in Athens, Greece.
• Member of the AHB20 TRB Committee (Freeway Operations Committee of the Transportation Research Board), based in Washington DC, USA.

He is recognized among the Traffic/Transportation Engineering professionals and among colleagues within the Toll Road Operations Industry, as being an effective manager working and communicating at international level.

Marco S. Bradi studied law and political science in Italy, graduating in the late 80th. During his studies, Bradi worked in what he considered: “a beautiful family business”. Terminated his University career, he joined the Vacation Real Estate Business, working for nearly 20 years for Europe’s leader in the Industry, the Swiss Company Hapimag. Starting as National Commercial Director, he ended in 2015 as Chief Sales Director Worldwide and Member of the Board. Afterwards, Bradi became Managing Director hired directly by Cesare Romiti in Rome. He developed the Romiti Group’s interests in the following 3 years, before starting in the debt collection industry. Marco S. Bradi is the actual Founder and Managing Director of the ETIKA Consulting Group, with direct offices in 5 countries and affiliate Partner Agencies in over 100 nations, dedicating his full attention to the optimization of collection processes, in order to deliver the highest redemption rate, safeguarding the reputation of the Company represented through a specific Network strategy.   

Bachelor in Economics (University of Ljubljana). More than 20 years’ experience in motorway development, operation and financing. She is responsible for international relations, multilateral cooperation and EU funding at DARS d.d., Slovenian Motorway Company. Currently in charge of strategic planning, motorway development, as well as for preparation and monitoring of projects supported by different EU institutions. She has participated in several European and cross-border projects and platforms. She is actively involved in the operation of different international road associations, like for example in ASECAP as a Chair of the Permanent Committee for Data Gathering and Analysis/Statistics.

In 1989 he began his career as Foreman for Verdenova SpA, Rome, monitoring road vegetation maintenance works along the A14 Bologna-Bari-Taranto highway.

In 1990 first as Site Manager, then as Technical Director and finally as Managing Director of Stil Verde Srl, Ravenna, he managed works and logistics of construction sites from the company, such as the A4 Brescia-Padova (green maintenance), the Messina-Palermo highway (landscape management), and the Milan-Genoa highway (installation of noise barriers).

In June 1996 Valerio Molinari founded "Ecogest Engineering Srl" in Ravenna, operating in the field of environmental restoration and maintenance of roadside vegetation along transportation infrastructure.

In 2016 Ecogest was turned into a joint stock company, positioning itself as a leader in the sector and working for major Italian highway concessionaires and the state network.

Over the years the company has established its position and then its leadership in the Italian market, working for the main Italian freeway concessionaires, as well as for the railway groups in charge of building the Rome-Naples, Turin-Milan and Milan-Genoa high-speed lines, and for the state network through ANAS.

In July 2018, Ecogest joined AISCAT (Italian Association of Motorway and Toll Tunnel Concessionary Companies) and IRF (International Road Federation) in 2019.

In September 2021, Valerio Molinari became a member of the Board of Directors of AISCAT.

Today Ecogest SpA operates in 9 Italian regions and is present in 3 foreign countries (Romania, France and recently Canada) with previous field experience also in Turkey and Poland.

Ecogest SpA is a key operator of the GAVIO Group, Italy's leading private operator of highway and transportation infrastructure, and the second in the world. In 2020 Valerio Molinari founded the Center for Climate Change Studies, through the family holding company "Greenway Group," which monitors the consequences of climate change, with particular attention to the refluence on maintenance and the state of conservation of highway infrastructure.

Konstantinos Papandreou holds a degree in Civil – Transportation engineering from the University of Thessaloniki (1986) and a Master’s degree in the field of Transportation from the École Nationale des Ponts et Chaussées, Paris (1989). He is a member of the Technical Chamber of Greece, of the Hellenic Institute of Transportation Engineers, where he served as a BoD member and General Secretary, and also a BoD member of HELLASTRON.
Since 2008 he has been the Chief Executive Officer of Olympia Odos Operation SA, i.e. the company that has undertaken the operation and maintenance services for the “Elefsina – Korinthos – Patra’ motorway that is currently under construction. In the past, responding to significant challenges he undertook key roles and positions in various Transportation Projects in Greece. Indicatively, he served as Traffic & Maintenance Manager in Attikes Diadromes SA, as Traffic Planning Manager in the Motorway Project of Attiki Odos, he ran the Planning Department of Attiko Metro SA, whereas for many years he worked as independent engineer in the field of transportation projects and he has also offered consulting services in state services and in various regional/ local authorities.
Mr. Papandreou has extensive work experience in major infrastructure projects, specializing in management and operation of transportation projects, traffic management systems and toll collection systems, traffic forecasts, risk and contract management.

Paolo Guarnieri is a senior manager with more than 25 years of broad experience in the field of Intelligent Transportation Systems worldwide, with focus on Electronic Toll Collection (ETC).

Since 1997, I have served several companies within Autostrade per l'Italia Group in the following business units: Project Management, R&D, Manufacturing, Product Management, Sales & Marketing.

Current responsibility is the development of Movyon technology solutions in domestic and international markets driving the development of profitable business.

Patrick Jones is Executive Director & CEO of the International Bridge, Tunnel and Turnpike Association. Since assuming this position in 2002, Pat has built IBTTA into the principal advocate for toll-financed transportation and the leader in producing high quality educational experiences for toll industry professionals. Under his leadership, IBTTA launched the IBTTA Leadership Academy and introduced many new programs including global tolling summits in Europe, South America, Australia, South Africa, and Mexico. IBTTA has also developed a highly successful industry public awareness campaign. Before joining IBTTA, Pat held senior positions at the American Trucking Associations, the American Public Transportation Association, and the Health Insurance Association of America. Pat holds a BA in political science from The George Washington University in Washington, D.C. and an MBA from Marymount University in Arlington, Virginia.

John serves on the Board of ITS Ireland and on the Irish CAV Forum steering committee.

Rui Dias is a Senior Product Manager at A-to-Be, where he manages the company’s tolling roadside products. Additionally, he supports Sales and Delivery projects. His education includes IST/UTL and CLSBE, and he holds PMP, IPMA LD, CSM and Product Management certifications. He joined Brisa in 2000 and his main work domain came to be tolling and road operation systems. At Brisa, he performed several roles – Developer, Project Manager, Engineering Manager – and currently, as Product Manager, driven by the company focus, he passionately engages peers and clients to support company growth by ensuring adequate Products are timely released in target markets.

As the deputy Director of ASFA, I am involved in the work of our association and of the ASECAP at National, European and International levels.

Massimo SCHINTU is the Executive Director of AISCAT, the Italian Association of Toll Highways Concessionaires and member of the Board of Directors of ASECAP, the European Association of Toll Highways Concessionaires. He is a Transportation Engineer with a deep knowledge and expertise in highway planning, management and operation acquired during more than 20 years activity in AISCAT. Massimo Schintu is well acquainted with highways’ concessions issues (technical, operational, economic and financial, administrative and legal aspects), quality and safety standards, tariff analyses and studies, tolling systems, preparation of business plans, as well as to other road transportation items. He is also the representative – both for AISCAT and for some Italian Institutions – for planning of the European transportation system and he collaborated to studies and researches in the transportation sector at European Community level. He is the Italian Member of the International Executive Committee of PIARC, Member of the Editorial Committee of the Italian transport infrastructure magazine “leStrade”.
He was elected President ASECAP (European Association of Operators of Toll Road Infrastructures) for 2020-2021 and he is member of the European Commission member of Expert Group on Road Infrastructure Safety (EGRIS).

Malika SEDDI is Secretary General and CEO of ASECAP, European Association of Toll motorway Operators. She maintains contacts and relations with the European Institutions and international organizations. Over a toll industry career that has spanned more than 30 years, Malika SEDDI has been working in ASFA (Association of French toll motorway companies), she has been active in IBTTA (International organization representing the toll operators) where she serves as International Vice-President, ASECAP (the Association for Toll Operators in Europe), serving as chair of ASECAP’s road safety and sustainable development committee, ERTICO-ITS Europe, member of program committee, and PIARC, a member of PIARC’s road safety committee, communication team leader for Arc Atlantique, a seven-nation project to deploy harmonized ITS services in the European Union. She was also active MedTis project, ITS deployment on the Mediterranean corridor and EU EIP Platform (coordination of ITS Corridors), projects co-funded by the European Commission.

Emanuela Stocchi is an expert in EU legislation and policies and she is the Director of International Affairs for AISCAT (Associazione Italiana Società Concessionarie Autostrade e Trafori), the Italian Association of Toll Highways Concessionaires Companies. In this role she ensures the Association’s contacts with the EU Institutions and other European and International organizations active in the transportation field. She fluently speaks Italian, French, English and Spanish. Emanuela has an outstanding International background: she holds a degree in Political Science with a specialization in EU law and policies and she has worked in Brussels for eight years with ASECAP, the European Association of Toll Highways Concessionaires Companies, gaining a solid and comprehensive knowledge of all the EU Institutional and public affairs and expanding at the same time her EU and International network in the transportation area. Emanuela is still very active within ASECAP, being Deputy Member of the ASECAP Executive Committee and Chair of the ASECAP Permanent Committee of Road Safety, Environment and Sustainability; she has also been Chair of the PIARC (World Road Association) Task Force on Innovative Financing and she is currently serving as French-speaking Secretary of the PIARC Terminology committee. Emanuela served as well IBTTA (International Bridge, Tunnel and Turnpike Association - the worldwide alliance of toll operators and of the businesses that serve tolling) and its members through work on several committees before being appointed to the Board of Directors in 2011. Emanuela served a two-year term as International Vice President, before a three-year term as Second and then First Vice President followed President in 2017 and finally, Immediate Past President in 2018. She is currently serving in the Advisory Council of the IBTTA Past Presidents.

Civil Engineer from Tecnico Lisbon, with a MBA degree from IESE Universidad de Navarra, PPP Program post-graduation from Catolica Lisbon, coursing now a PhD Program on Transport Systems on MIT Portugal/Tecnico Lisbon. 35 years of experience on Road and Rail PPP, beginning at the Public Sector, as Concessions Studies Head of Division between 1996 / 1999, at National Road Administration, Deputy Public Works Secretary of State between 2000 and 2002, and Concessions Diretor at Estradas de Portugal between 2002 and 2015, Road and Rail Concessions Management Director between 2015-2017 at Infraestruturas de Portugal, S.A. managing PPP Road, Rail and Intermodal Terminals Contracts, including building special projects as Marão Tunnel and Lisboa Regional Circular or the 25 April Bridge maintenance in Lisbon.
Is currently the Secretary-General of the Portuguese Motorway Association APCAP since 2017.

Dr. Jorge Lopes is graduated in computer science engineering and holds a PhD Degree in Transportation Systems from the Technical University of Lisbon and the MIT - Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
He joined Brisa in 2001 and currently is the Head of Business Technology and chairman of CP3 – the permanent committee on ITS of APCAP – the Portuguese association.

Opened his architecture studio in Modica, Sicily, in 2003, choosing to take an innovative and highly sensitive architectural approach within what is an important historical architectural environment. He has been responsible for the design and delivery of several alterations, reuse and Conservation projects in many of the historic centres Sicily and innovative new buildings within the residential, commercial and in the hospitality sectors. Drawing inspiration from his travels, Antonio has been recognised for an approach based on careful balance between design and functionality and between scenography and architectural invention.
His particular interest in Project Management has allowed him to master the contemporary Architect role as design manager and chief coordinator between all stakeholders, on one hand, and develop a unique approach to Construction Management and the management of work flow via Building Information Modeling, now an indispensable tool in the design and delivery process.
Antonio is a member of the Project Management Institute – Sicily Branch and since 2017 he has been a councillor of the local chapter of the Ordine degli Architetti of Ragusa and councillor of the Architectural Foundation of Ragusa which organizes conferences, exhibitions and talks relating to the theme of reuse of the urban centres, often involving internationally renowned architects.
Antonio Stornello co-founded Kassandra with Mark Cannata in 2019. Kassandra is the first multidisciplinary Integrated Decision Support System that facilitates the management of urban environment and the improvement of quality of life of its, human and non-human, inhabitants.

Pedro Pinto is responsible for the Tolls department (Director) at Ascendi. It was also former responsible for the IT department for the last 18 years, coordinating the two areas. Ascendi is a Portuguese company that operates in the road infrastructure sector as a concessionaire, O&M and toll collection services. He is responsible for the organization and operation of Ascendi’s Toll Collection Services, comprising the management of shadow tolls, traditional and all electronic tolls schemas. Pedro Pinto was also responsible for Ascendi’s Portuguese Road Concessions (7) IT infrastructure including ITS and Tolling Systems, from the design to installation and operation. Pedro Pinto has more than 18 years of experience in the road infrastructure sector and his previous professional experience was as IT Manager and Controller. Has a degree in Management and Administration and a Post-Degree in Information Management all from the Portuguese Catholic University. Pedro Pinto is the coordinator of the Tolls Technical Permanent Committee (CP1) from the Association of Portuguese Concession Companies of Toll Motorways or Bridges, is the General Assembly Secretary at Portuguese ITS Association. Is member of the Cooper I group, the European Technical Tolls Committee for ASECAP and Board member of the European Electronic Fee Collection Facilitation Platform Group, a European group that congregates all countries that are installing interoperable all electronic tolls in Europe (TC & EETS). Pedro Pinto was  operational responsible of Ascendi’s Multi-Lane Free-Flow project leading the company to the implementation of the first All-Electronic-Tolling concessions in Portugal, achieving several national and international recognitions (a Gold award from SAP and two CIO awards from IDC) for Ascendi. Nowadays, Ascendi is the biggest European Private Operator of MLFF Systems collecting all traffic.   

Massimiliano Masi received his M.Sc. in Computer Science, and his Ph.D. from the University of Florence in the field of Formal Methods. He is working in Cybersecurity for Critical Infrastructures since 2007. Dr. Masi participated in large EU research projects involving 30+ organisations (public & private), and in the development of the Cybersecurity specifications for the EU Cross-Border delivery of Patient Summaries and ePrescriptions, the Austrian ELGA, and the Electronic Health Record program in South Africa, to name a few. He has been authoring international eHealth standards for IHE.net (by working on the XUA, ATNA, IUA, SeR profiles). He has been working as expert for the ENISA, for the EU commission under the CEF program, and for the Austrian Ministry of Health. Massimiliano's recent interests are in the Cybersecurity aspects of Blockchain, Enterprise Architectures, Smart Grids, and the technology supporting the establishment of Cooperative Intelligent Transport Systems (C-ITS). Dr. Masi is a Java developer.

Fabrizio Paoletti is an Electronic Engineer, involved in ITS Standardisation and Regulations and Traffic Control Centres Application development for Autostrade per l’Italia, designing and integrating IT solutions to operate Traffic Management and Traffic Information systems. Since 2003 he joined the DATEX II organisation in EU funded projects and contributes to standardisation activities as expert in CEN and ISO TC groups. He is also active in TM2.0 platform in liaison activities with DATEX II. His experience has been focused in developing Collaborative ITS Services which allows to operate seamless Traffic Management operations.

Since 2014 Pietro Torchi has been the Head of Communication and Institutional Relations, then Head of International Business Development since 2016 and Chief Operating Officer since 2018 at Ecogest SpA. In 2019, he was appointed General Manager and became a member of the Board of Directors of Ecogest SpA.
He is also the General Manager of the Romanian subsidiary and Director and General Manager of the recently incorporated Canadian subsidiary based in Toronto – Ecogest North America Inc. In the recent past, he has also gained significant field experience in Poland and Turkey.
Pietro has been registered with the National Register of journalists since May 1990. Prior to joining Ecogest, after a long experience as a reporter in important regional newspapers, he was Head of the Technical Secretariat of the President of the Region of Sicily and then of the Regional Councillor delegated to the Presidency. From 2002 to 2008, he served for two terms as Mayor of Modica, Sicily. He was also President of the Integrated Territorial Plan (PTI) of the Val di Noto, the South-east Cultural District and the Hyblean Social Health District (Sicily, Italy), as well as member of the board of Anci Sicilia Association and the council of the National Association of Italian Municipalities.

Engineer from Ecole Centrale de Paris and with an MBA from Imperial College Business School in London, Mr Benazzouz started his career working in consulting engineering and then moved to Unilever to work in different management positions in Casablanca, London, Singapore, and leading up to Regional Finance Director in Egypt.

He also worked as General Manager of Savola Morocco and as Chief of Cabinet for the Minister of Equipment and Transport of Morocco just before his appointment in 2014 as General Manager of the National Company of Motorways of Morocco (ADM). At the helm of Autouroute du Maroc (ADM) he was given the mandate to ensure the sustainability of the company through debt restructuring, the change of ADM’s mission to a service company, and the modernization and digitisation of operations.

Mr Benazzouz has been serving as Board member of IRF for several years before being appointed IRF Vice-President in 2018.

The IRF General Assembly has elected him IRF President in 2022. His three-year mandate runs till 2025.

Manfred Haase started in the tolling business about 20 years ago and is active in various roles along the value chain as head of payment services for ASFINAG, the Austrian highway operator and toll charger.

He is also involved in CEN and ISO standardization, covering, among other interfaces, the drafting of the back-office exchange between toll chargers and toll service providers

Manfred is also active in the EETS Facilitation Platform and EasyGo in various roles.

CEO EGNATIA ODOS S.A., Greece (Company responsible for the management of design, construction, operation and maintenance of a 657 Km highway)

Since 2019, Mr. Koutsoukos is CEO of EGNATIA ODOS SA.  He has served previously at various positions at egnatia odos sa, such as Director of Exploitation and Growth, Director of operation and maintenance.  Over the last 25 years Mr. Koutsoukos held various positions in the field of highway Operation & Maintenance as well as Tollway. Mr. Koutsoukos has many years of experience in Tolling issues. Part of his duties at Egnatia Odos S.A. includes the representation as a Greek representative at the European Electronic Toll Committee instituted by Directive 2004/52/EC.

In addition he is currently the President of HELLASTRON,(the Hellenic Association of Toll Road Network).  He was elected in 2014 and served for two years, General Secretary in the same organization.

In addition, Mr. Koutsoukos has been involved in issues related to Tunnel safety and he participates since 2007 as an alternative member at the Greek Administrative Tunnel Authority (ATA), instituted by Directive 2004/54/EC. ATA is responsible for the operational permissions for tunnels included in Transeuropean motorways in Greece.

Mr. Koutsoukos has been involved with Tolling and ITS issues since 1989 both in the US market where his career started as a transportation engineer and later in Europe. Mr. Koutsoukos worked (1989-1996) for a governmental transportation authority in Texas, USA. Alessandra Pipitone Federico holds a Diploma in Legal Studies from the University of Oxford (Hertford College) and a Master in Competition Law from Université Paris II Panthéon Assas. She also graduated from Sciences-Po Paris (Master in European Affairs) and the London School of Economics (Master in Political Economy of Europe).

Having acquired some experience in the competition law departments of international law firms, she joined the legal department of the French Transmission System Operator, “Réseau de Transport d’Electricité” (“RTE”).

Benoît joined AREA in 1993 where he began his career in operations management department as traffic and safety engineer. He joined the engineering department in 2005 as project manager. He has designed and implemented Operating Assistance Systems (dynamic calculation of journey times, dynamic speed regulation, assistance in the operation of dedicated bus lanes on highway, etc). He is now in charge of the C-ITS and connected mobility domain for the APRR group. Through pilot projects such as C-ROADS, InDiD, co-financed by the EU, he builds with his team the APRR C-ITS architecture and contributes to the definition of APRR's strategy for connected mobility.

Norbert Schindler is the founder and CEO of GNSS Consulting, which specializes in identifying, evaluating, integrating, and implementing accurate satellite positioning solutions for electronic tolling and for road telematics – for the public and the private sector.

Ilaria De Biasi has been working for Autostrada del Brennero since 2004. She is presently Head of the Department for European Projects, in charge with the deployment of several projects co-funded by the European Commission within different EU programs (Connecting Europe Facilities, Horizon Europe, LIFE). The main areas of implementation of these projects are Connected and Automated Driving, Management Measures to minimize traffic impact on the Environment, ITS systems for Traffic and Freight Management.

Nuno Belgas has a degree in mechanical engineering and has over 19 years of experience in multiple sectors within equipment maintenance management. Fabio Scartoni is the Director of the Business Unit at Nivi S.p.A. dedicated to the collection of toll offences on behalf of the most important Italian and European Highway Concessionaires. I have been working in the field of transport for 25 years. First as a police inspector, later as head of the road sector at the Ministry of Infrastructure, and for the last 3 years as head of traffic management and traffic safety at Slovenian motorway company (DARS).  Mehmet İzgi was born in 1972 and completed his education in the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering. He began his career in energy projects and attended clean energy training at power plants in Japan. In Turkey, he worked as a Mechanical Equipment Manager /Chief on energy projects, where he was responsible for various tasks, including on-site assembly, quality inspection, and commissioning tests of turbine-generator equipment.

Additionally, he worked as a Fabrication Manager on the Yavuz Sultan Selim Bridge Project. In this role, he was in charge of the fabrication of 50,000 tones of steel decks and managed quality control processes in compliance with international standards.

Vassiliki Danelli-Mylona, President of the Board of Directors, Hellenic Research and Educational Institute “Panos Mylonas” for the Road Safety and the Prevention/Reduction of Traffic Accidents (Hellenic Road Safety Institute - RSI “Panos Mylonas”)
Vassiliki Danelli-Mylona had a successful management career in the Telecom industry since 1979. She has been the President of BoD of the Hellenic Road Safety Institute (RSI) “Panos Mylonas” for the prevention of road traffic incidents since its establishment in 2005. RSI was created after the tragic unfair loss of her 22-year-old son Panos and since then she has committed herself to raise awareness among citizens, stakeholders and the Authorities in order to strengthen the Traffic Safety Culture in Greece. She has been honoured in Greece and in Europe (among many distinctions with the Award of the Academy of Athens 2021, Award for Female Social Contribution by the League for Women's Rights, 2011, “European Citizen’s Prize” from the European Parliament 2011, by the Swedish Government for her contribution to ISO 39001 and her commitment to act for road safety, 2007). She represents RSI at the UN (ECOSOC) and is also a member of the Advisory Board of the FIA High Level Panel on Road Safety. She has been a lecturer at Universities and has travelled in 61 countries working with an extended network of road safety experts.

Claudia Eder studied economics at the University of Linz and completed her Master of Business Administration (Global Executive MBA) at WU Vienna and Carlson School of Management (University of Minnesota) in 2019.

After a leadership trainee program at Thalia Buch & Medien, she started her professional career in the mobility sector in 2007 at Daimler in Singapore before joining ÖBB in 2008 in various management roles. In 2014, Claudia Eder took over the management of ÖBB-Business Competence Center GmbH and most recently she worked independently as a management consultant in transformation and digitalization projects in the private and public sector. Çağla Turan, born in 1992, is an accomplished professional who obtained her education in the Department of Landscape Architecture within the distinguished Faculty of Forestry. Commencing her career within the realm of landscape projects, she has served as a Landscape Architect in diverse undertakings. She began her professional journey at ICA İçtaş Infrastructure YSS Bridge and Northern Ring Motorway Operation and Maintenance Company, where she continues to work today. Initially, she served as an Environmental Engineer in the Occupational Health and Safety Department, focusing on Occupational Health and Environmental Management processes. Later, she transitioned to the role of Quality and Environmental Engineer in the Quality Department. In this capacity, she acted as an internal auditor for ISO 9001, ISO 45001, ISO 14001, ISO 39001, and ISO 50001 standards. She currently holds the position of Environment and Sustainability Chief in the Environment and Sustainability Department. She plays an active role in the institution's sustainability goals, as well as in environmental management and system processes.

Emiliano Di Marino is a Project Manager at Autostrade per l'Italia.
He is currently involved in the ARGO project, which aims to manage highway asset lifecycles. He holds a PhD in Computer and Information Engineering from the University of Salerno. In the past, he was a consultant in engineering and software development projects, a research assistant at Pennsylvania State University (USA) working on remote sensing and renewable energy, and a graduate research assistant at Nanyang Technological University (Singapore) focusing on optimization problems and discrete event systems.

He is an experienced Business Development Manager with over 25 years of activity covering the transport, telecommunications, and mission-critical infra-structures markets. Patrick Cellie has over 17 years of experience in sustainability management and consulting including a broad range of topics and sectors and he has worked and lived in Europe and the USA.
He currently manages the ESG Program Management Office for Autostrade per l’Italia ESG with the goal to esnruee the company’s sustainability strategy is implemented and results monitored.
His main fields of expertise are in ESG strategy development and reporting, sustainable buildings and infrastructure, development of GHG inventories and decarbonisaiton strategies in alignment with international frameworks and standards such as the GHG Protocol, ISO 14064/14067 standards, and Science Based Targets. He has knowledge and exposure to the most relevant sustainability theories, models, rankings and reporting frameworks such as Global Reporting Initiative (GRI), CDP, GRESB. He has worked in a wide range of sectors with a focus on infrastructure including road transport, airports, and rail.

In addition to a degree in environmental engineering, he completed an MBA with a focus on sustainability graduating top of his class from Duquesne University in Pittsburgh, one of the highest-ranked sustainable business programs in the world. He also holds a certification in the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) Sustainability Reporting Process and is an accredited Envision SP and LEED GA.

Lenka has been working for the National Motorway Company (NDS) since 2020 as Project Team leader responsible for EETS accreditation, its operation and further development. She is also involved in the support of the current toll system operation and communication with contractors and customer care.

Cengiz COSKUN is a Motorway O&M professional who joined Egis Group in 2006 as O&M Expert. He provided technical support, training and performed audit throughout almost all Egis O&M subsidiaries. In 2011, he moved to India to manage the O&M of Delhi – Gurgaon motorway with the biggest toll plaza in Asia. Since 2014, he is the General Manager of the Gebze – Izmir Motorway O&M Company (GIIB) : a motorway 426 km long with the iconic Osmangazi Bridge.

Mr. Claudio Gambirasi graduated in Civil Engineering at the University of Rome “La Sapienza”. He joined Autostrade per l’Italia (ASPI) in 2018 and he is currently responsible of the Asset Management Office within the Business Unit Operations; he is in charge of the development of the asset management systems (ARGO project), of techniques and methods for predictive maintenance and innovative technologies for asset surveillance.
He is also the Project Manager of the program funded by the Italian National Plan for Complementary Investments to the NRRP for the installation of structural monitoring systems on over 1200 bridge spans/tunnel sections of ASPI network.
Before he worked as Field Engineer in Società Italiana per Condotte d’Acqua S.p.A. at important infrastructural construction sites such as the MOSE project in Venice and the new high-speed/high-capacity railway link and station in Florence.

Berkan Gur was born in 1969 and completed his education in the Faculty of Econometrics.
After completing his Master of Finance, he started his career in the banking sector as a Financial Analyst at VakıfBank. He took part in the establishment of Turkey's first Consumer Finance company under Koç Holding. Continuing his career by working in retail banking and branchless banking channels at Oyak Bank, and in the establishment and management of Alternative Distribution Channels at ING Bank, Berkan Gür continued his career journey at BNP Paribas Cardif Insurance Company as responsible for Operations and Sales.

During his time working in the Banking, Finance and Insurance sectors, he gained expertise in project management, business development, process management, sales, marketing, reporting, collection, distribution channels and innovation. He took part in many start-up projects in these areas and assumed an active role and responsibility in the implementation of applications.

Olivier Dautrebande has more than 10 years of experience in GNSS-based Tolling, Enforcement and the European Electronic Toll Service (EETS) accreditation and operations. Luigi Cuseo is the Head of Solution and Product Development within the Commercial Department of Movyon, a leading player in the development and integration of Intelligent Transport Systems solutions and the centre of excellence for research and innovation of Autostrade per l’Italia group.

In his role, Luigi is responsible for the definition of the product portfolio and the strategic roadmaps. He also provides overall leadership to the pre-sales team, oversees the technical proposals, and acts as a natural connection between the sales team and the engineering departments.

Çağlar Çetin, born in 1986 and completed his education in the Faculty of Civil Engineering. He began his career in a construction company as a technical office engineer in Ankara, then he has worked almost a year at Mauritania for same company as a site engineer. After abroad experince he worked at a road project as a technical office engineer.

He has started to work in Yavuz Sultan Selim Bridge and Northern Ring Motorway in 2013 as a site engineer. After a year he bacome a site chief in same construction area.

Presently, Çağlar Çetin assumes the esteemed position of senior maintenance engineer at ICA İçtaş Altyapı YSS Köprü ve Kuzey Çevre Otoyolu İşletme ve Bakım A.Ş. In this pivotal role, he bears the responsibility for planning, strategizing, executing, overseeing, and advancing all aspects encompassing highway maintenance processes. Ayşe Dönmez was born in Istanbul in 1981. She completed her high school education in the Science-Mathematics department of Kabataş High School and her undergraduate education in the Economics department of Marmara University.

She worked as an Internal Auditor at Alshaya Co W.L.L, one of the largest companies in the retail industry with its headquarters in Kuwait between 2004 and 2007, with thousands of stores in the Middle East and North Africa, Turkey and Europe. She returned to Turkey in 2007 and started working as Legal Compliance and Internal Audit Manager at AES-IC Energy, a Turkish-American partnership established in Ankara. She was appointed as Project Finance Manager to the same company in 2009 and managed the project finance loan transaction worth $250 million for the construction of 8 hydroelectric power plants in the company's portfolio.

In 2011, she completed her master's degree in Business Management (MBA) at Bilkent University with a scholarship and with success. Between 2010 and 2022, as the Project Finance Director of IC İbrahim Çeçen Investment Holding, one of the leading organizations in the construction, infrastructure, energy and tourism sectors, he managed a transaction volume of over 10 billion dollars, including company purchase and sale processes, foreign partnerships, privatizations and financings

As of 2022, she was appointed as the Deputy General Manager of ICA İÇTAŞ Altyapı A.Ş., a subsidiary of IC İbrahim Çeçen investment partnership.

After 15 years' experience in a design office specializing in intelligent transport systems (metros, tramways, tunnels or traffic management systems), he is now working at APRR on the development department to develop shared mobility on the network. He is actively involved with government departments in providing feedback on HOV lanes, to adapte technical guidelines and facilitating their development.

Turhan Ozen’s near 30-year work experience involves sales, marketing, business development, logistics and supply chain related areas. After graduating from Galatasaray High School, he  began studying at the Department of Management at Bogazici University. Later, he got his Executive MBA at Koç University.

He started his early career as the manager of the sales and logistics departments for the Koç Group’s affiliates in the automotive sector where he later became logistics manager. He worked as the Distribution Operations Group Manager and Operations Director at TNT Logistics, where he had been involved since its establishment in Turkey.

Between 2012 and 2014, he was occupied as Vice President of Business Development & Sales at CEVA Balkans-Middle East and Africa Region.

Later in 2015, he was appointed to the position of CEVA Global Health Sector President. He served as the Managing Director of CEVA Logistics Middle East and North Africa region until he joined the Turkish Airlines family in December 2016. He is acting as Chief Cargo Officer, in charge of Turkish Cargo and board member of We World Express and several other industry affiliates.
