When submitting your proposal, please make sure to provide the following information:
Name & Contact Information: email address, company name, and position
Title of the Presentation: use a clear and descriptive title
Abstract: up to 400 words describing the proposed presentation
To ensure a balanced perspective in each session, all proposals are reviewed and evaluated by a preparatory committee. Special consideration may be given to ASECAP members.

If your proposal is selected, you will be notified via email. Information in printed programmes and online conference materials will appear exactly as submitted, so please make sure all names, titles, and professional designations are spelled correctly.
Please note that each company may submit several proposals, provided that each abstract is presented by a different speaker.
Deadline for submission of abstracts: 1st December 2025
Notification of acceptance: mid-January 2026
