Cancellation policy for the registration fees:
Cancellations received until 8 April 2026 included: Full refund minus a EUR 50.00 administration fee
Cancellations received from 9 April 2026 onwards: no refund
The payment is to be settled upon registration. If payment is not made, your registration will NOT be confirmed. Payment must be made in Euro (€).
By credit card: during the registration process
By bank transfer: once you have completed the registration process, you will receive by email a confirmation that they have well received your registration, and you will receive as attachment to this email the invoice to be paid. Please note that your registration will be confirmed only once you have settled your invoice.
